Flexible Stay Option – (Extra) Nights at the Ilunion

Book one or more (extra) hotel nights at the Ilunion Hotel before, during, or just after the European Conference (EC).

This option allows you to add loose extra nights between Tuesday evening and Monday morning, subject to availability. Booking through us is possible at fixed rates until the end of January.

After the end of January, extra nights can only be booked directly with the hotel. The same fixed rates may still apply if you mention “Belgian Delegation JCI”, subject to availability.

Fixed prices (per night, subject to availability):

  • Single room: €210

  • Double room: €222

  • Triple room: €290

⚠️ Important note for stays during the EC:
Extra nights during (so not on Tuesday or Sunday) the EC period are only intended for participants who are not staying the full 4 nights and therefore are not purchasing the Belgian Pack.
Participants booking extra nights during the EC are strongly advised to also purchase a Light Pack.

Ideal if you want to arrive earlier, stay longer, or have more flexibility around the EC schedule.
